What are the dates and itinerary for the Fan Experience Cruise?
What are the suggested travel details?

Airport: Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)
Ground transportation
Arriving Flights 
Flights should arrive at MSY no later than noon on April 06, 2025.  The travel distance between MSY and the Port of New
Orleans is approximately 17 miles (35 minutes depending on traffic).
Departing Flights 
Return flights departing on April 13, 2025 should be scheduled after noon local time.

How many Legends are participating?

The New Orleans Saints Legends will be posted on the website (subject to change).

Can I interact with the Legends while on board my fan cruise?

We will have scheduled events throughout the cruise where you can interact and meet the Legends. Undoubtedly, you will see the Legends on and off the ship throughout the day. We ask you to respect them and allow them their privacy. 

Can I bring my own Saints items to get autographed?

Due to the limited amount of time scheduled for each autograph sessions we ask that fans refrain from bringing personal items for Legend signatures. Part of your Fan Cruise Experience will include a gift bag with 8×11 Legend bio to be signed by each Legend during your cruise.

Can I take pictures and videos of the Legends?

We will schedule autograph sessions where you will have time to take pictures with the Legends and staff. However, we ask that guests refrain from taking photos and videos if the Legends are involved in private conversations.

Will I receive a schedule of performances and activities?

Approximately 90 days before departure, all guests will receive access to the fan cruise event app which will provide information pertaining to the fan cruise event schedule. Once onboard, a detailed agenda/itinerary will also be provided.

How do I book and pay for the Saints Fan Experience Cruise?

Do I need to buy travel protection?

Seaside Events strongly recommends you purchase travel protection to cover your Saints Legends Cruise experience in the event you must cancel. 

When will my booking be available with Norwegian Cruise Lines?

Our Fan Cruise is a specially contracted group with Norwegian Cruise Lines. When booking your Fan Cruise reservation you will receive a unique reservation numbers specific to the Fan Cruise Event. Your Norwegian Cruise Line confirmation number will not be available until 60-90 days prior to departure of your Fan Cruise. Due to this, if you call into Norwegian Cruise Lines reservations with your Fan Cruise Event reservation number it will not show in the Norwegian Cruise Line system until 60-90 days prior to departure. Please call us directly at 504-569-5590 with all questions, concerns, and reservation needs.

When can I access by booking with the Cruise Line?

All guests will receive their cruise line confirmation number via email approximately 90-60 days before departure and instructions to access their Booking through Norwegian Cruise Lines.

I am traveling with an infant/toddler. Do I still need to pay the total price for them?

Yes, according to the guidelines issued by Norwegian Cruise Line, all passengers, regardless of age, must pay for participation.

Is there an age requirement?

Passengers under 21 must travel in the same stateroom with a guest 25 or older (before departure).

What is the cancellation policy?

If Fan Cruise Reservation is canceled by the Guest within 5 days of booking creation, the guest will receive a 100% refund of the deposit amounts paid. For additional cancellation timeline details, please see Terms and Conditions.

Travel Documents & Regulations

Will I need a passport?

A valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of return) is highly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age.  *Note: Passport cards, Real IDs, or any other form of documentation other than what is listed above may not be used. Visit for complete details on the documents required to board the ship. 

What documentation is needed when traveling with children, not my own?

When traveling with children other than your own, you must present a notarized letter signed by the child‚Äôs parents granting guardianship and permission for their child to travel out of the country with you. The same applies if you share custody of the child/children ‚Äď the parent, not traveling, must¬†provide¬†a notarized letter granting permission for the traveling parent to take the child/children out of the country.¬†The letter can be downloaded¬†here.

General Information

Will this cruise count towards Latitude membership?

Your loyalty number should be entered during the pre-boarding registration. 

The Latitude membership must be reported to Norwegian Cruise Lines through the online check-in.

What is the dress code throughout the cruise?

We will coordinate special theme nights, and details for attire will be communicated to the guests. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 pm. Visit Norwegian Cruise Lines FAQ for further details.

Is there accessible seating available through the ship?

Norwegian‚Äôs Our team of Accessibility Coordinators have experience in furthering Norwegian Cruise Line’s mission to provide a safe and accessible cruise experience for all guests with special requirements, to the best of our ability and feasible extent.

The Accessibility Coordinators will contact you prior to your cruise as soon as we receive your Accessibility & Medical Questionnaire so that we can try to viably meet your needs and expectations. Onboard, the Norwegian Cruise Line Access Officer will be the primary person managing all of your special needs.

Are there wheelchairs or scooters on the ship for daily use?

For guests who cannot walk on their own, a wheelchair, scooter or walker may be the primary mobility assistance aid for getting on and off the ship. Norwegian Cruise Line has a limited supply of wheelchairs onboard. In order to accommodate our guests, Norwegian Cruise Line wheelchairs are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation situations. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wheelchair with you or make rental arrangements with Scootaround. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard are available for emergency rental arrangements and are on a first come first serve basis. Will the Cruise Line accommodate guests with medical or dietary requirements?

Guests with special medical diets and/or food allergies should contact the Access Desk to discuss Norwegian Cruise Line’s policies and procedures concerning special diets and your specific allergies prior to your cruise. Because the vessels are supplied all over the world, it may be easier to meet your specific food allergy requirements in some countries, but very difficult in others. Special dietary requests should be submitted at least 45 days prior to sailing. Any requests inside 45 days cannot be guaranteed. We can arrange to have no sugar and low sodium meals for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available upon request for storing insulin.

How can I request accessible accommodations?

Limited inventory of wheelchair accessible staterooms are not publicly offered, as they are held specifically for Fans with disabilities. To request an accessible stateroom, Norwegian Cruise Line requires the guests acknowledge the need for the ADA stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs form. If you or someone in your stateroom require accommodations, please complete, and email the Accessibility Form to We will contact you with the options for ADA staterooms based on your needs.
